The item arrived very quickly and is as described. It looks just like the photos. I was able to use the side with 4 pins to open up the 4 clip type of switch and the side with the two long pins to open the 2 clip type of switch (see attached photos). At first I thought the opener wasn't working on the 2 clip switch but it does, it just requires more force and it helps to wiggle it a little too. The 4 pin side worked very well and doesn't require a lot of force to open. The opener does what it advertises and works as expected so I'm satisfied. The two sides are connected by little magnets which is nice because it helps them stick together. Mine sticks together but seems to be uneven so it wiggles and makes tapping noises when it shouldn't. It's a bit annoying but doesn't affect it's use so it's not a big deal.
